Located in the historic Poblenou neighborhood in Barcelona, a couple has decided to transform a 120 m² warehouse into their home, seeking a modern and functional design, and a generous space for events and meetings.

The remodeling of this warehouse focused on taking advantage of natural light and creating open spaces. Divided into two floors, the ground floor houses the communal areas without partitions, allowing natural light to spread throughout the space. Site furniture is used in an ingenious way to define the different zones.

The kitchen stands out for its open design and functionality, with metallic LAMINATE finishes and PLANTEA handles, and an island that becomes the epicenter of gatherings. The countertop, made of DEKTON Uyuni, is very resistant and provides a refined aesthetic with its composition of natural quartz stone, porcelain and glass.

In the bedroom, the white LAMINATE closets with ROUND handle, in addition to their functionality and storage capacity, blend in perfectly with the modern and bright style of the loft.

Metallic finishes and light tones enhance the brightness of the space, creating a modern and simple atmosphere. This design, with its elegance and neutrality, is proof that functionality and style can coexist in perfect harmony.
