In a 70m2 apartment, a family of three wanted to transform their compartmentalized home. The goal was to minimize hallways, maximize available space, and ensure clear differentiation between daytime and nighttime areas.
To make the most of natural light, it was decided to locate the dining room and kitchen near the terrace, ensuring constant brightness throughout the day. The elimination of certain partitions allowed for fluid connections between spaces, further optimizing the area.
The kitchen layout was meticulously designed. The most compact section of the furniture integrates only the sink, and the opposite module with a niche houses wall and base units that include the cooking and storage areas. This structure allows the kitchen to be open to the dining and living room, encouraging interaction between the rooms.
The choice of Graphite MATTE LAMINATE, accompanied by SQUARE oak handles, reflects elegant style and functionality. The laminate's smooth, matte texture, along with its gray hue, lends character to the space. The oak handles introduce a warm and natural touch, creating a perfect balance with the neutral tones of the floor, the microcement flooring in wet areas, and the parquet flooring in the rest of the rooms.
The result is a home where every corner is utilized and where the family can enjoy a spacious and cohesive experience.
