The heart of the house, the ground floor, was transformed with a polished, cream-colored concrete floor, complementing the original red brick ceilings. This choice not only added softness and serenity to the space but also preserved its historical character. Opening the facade onto a Parisian courtyard through a double French door floods the living room with natural light.

The kitchen, now located at the back of the room and open to the dining and living areas, was designed with WOOD oak cabinets, creating a spacious and inviting workspace. A cleverly concealed storage area under the stairs, behind a boxwood curtain, maintains the clean and uncluttered aesthetic.
