Kitchens - LAMINATE Comodoro, Sahara

Harmony and functionality in a natural environment

Just 15 minutes from Bilbao, in the quiet town of Munguia and surrounded by a lush forest, this 250 m² house combines the warmth of Belgian style with Nordic functionality in a prefabricated construction that invites harmony and comfort. The renovation was conceived to improve both accessibility and the use of every corner, ensuring a fluid coexistence between design and functionality.

One of the main changes was to redesign the staircase leading to the first floor. The previous staircase, too steep and uncomfortable, was replaced with a new structure that not only facilitates transit but also adds storage space with hidden drawers at the bottom, maximizing utility without compromising style.

In the kitchen, two strategically placed windows were integrated: one facing the forest and the other facing the dining room. This space was fitted with Comodoro and Sahara laminate finishes, reflecting a functional and serene aesthetic that follows the minimalism characteristic of Nordic design. Natural elements and simple lines combine to offer an experience that enhances both light and the visual connection with the outdoors.

The living room, designed as a multifunctional space, features a large window that lets in natural light and an open bookcase that invites you to enjoy the family's hobbies: art, reading, music, and painting. The choice of simple furniture and a neutral color palette reinforce the sense of calm and balance that defines the interior style.

The master bedroom and bathroom stand out for the large skylights installed in the roof, designed to allow residents to enjoy views of the sky, even from the bathtub. The choice of natural materials, especially wood, provides a sense of warmth and harmony, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the connection with nature and the refined style that characterize this home.
