Kitchens - LAMINATE Pale

Innovative solutions for a 42m2 attic

In the center of Madrid, near Plaza de Callao, the couple wanted to redefine the concept of living in just 42 square meters. In this penthouse, a couple with a clear vision of what they wanted for their first space together transformed it through a functional design. The main challenge was the layout in a limited space.

Built in 1900, the penthouse presents challenges such as sloping ceilings, large rooms with few divisions, and a low ceiling height. As a result, the space was effectively redistributed to adapt to their needs, seeking to make the space spacious and bright, but above all, one that reflects their identity. A linear structure was planned that merges with the living room and kitchen, creating a daytime living center.

To amplify the sense of continuity and visual connection between the spaces, no partitions were used; this decision allows natural light to flow freely. The home's mirrors have also been strategically used, visually expanding the space and adding a new dimension to the overall design.

The kitchen, as the central block of the home, uses a clever layout that includes a column unit with high and low cabinets, offering storage solutions in a small space. The Pale LAMINATE finishes with Plantea handles enhance the space's luminosity and add a vibrant touch of color that complements the space's vibrant color scheme.

This project is a clear example of how clever design can transform a limited space into a home full of style, functionality, and light. It becomes a space that meets your daily needs while reflecting your personality and unique lifestyle.
