Minimalist elegance in the renovation of an Art Deco building

A newlywed couple was looking for a sophisticated and comfortable apartment in the center of Madrid. Finally, they found the ideal place in an Art Deco building with an elegant and contemporary style, where large spaces and white colors with wooden floors predominate.

One of their main desires was to have a separate kitchen that wouldn't feel like a closed space, in addition to seeking functionality and colors that would integrate perfectly with the aesthetics of the house. With the renovation, a closure was designed with black carpentry, achieving a balance between connection and separation from the rest of the house.

The kitchen design is spacious, functional, and elegant. A timeless combination of black and white has been chosen, which endures over time and provides a touch of sophistication and classic elegance.

White LAMINATE has been chosen for the kitchen furniture with Plantea handles in the same color, and the gray natural stone countertop provides distinction and elegance.

The L-shaped layout and floor-to-ceiling wall units maximize storage space, providing functionality and versatility, while also achieving a uniform and unique appearance.

Thanks to this renovation, the couple now enjoys a sophisticated and functional space that integrates harmoniously with the rest of the house. The combination of colors, the chosen finishes, and the well-planned layout have managed to create a versatile, comfortable, and attractive space.
