One of the biggest challenges of this renovation was converting an old terrace into a completely independent and functional apartment, which would be inhabited by his brother. The main goal was to create an environment that separated the public and private areas of the house, maximizing the views and ensuring plenty of natural light.

To address this challenge, an elongated surface was created with a vaulted ceiling. The layout remains largely open, segmenting the space into two main zones. The public area features a fluid combination of kitchen, dining room, and living room, highlighting an original skylight that once provided access to the terrace and now enhances the spaces with natural light. In contrast, the private area houses the bedroom with a spacious dressing room and a bathroom with an innovative circular shower enclosure made of aluminum sheeting.
