The renovation of this penthouse in Barcelona transformed a conventional space into a minimalist and spacious environment. The owner wanted to make the most of every corner and maintain an organized home.

The need to create an open-plan environment that would visually expand the space was paramount. To achieve this, some partitions were removed, creating a multifunctional area that encompasses the living room, kitchen, and lounge area in a single, integrated space.

The layout was carefully planned to align the furniture along one wall of the apartment, offering storage solutions without compromising spaciousness. The main piece of furniture, designed in white LACA and ROUND handles, begins as a bench in the living area, smoothly transforms into the kitchen, and ends as a wardrobe, satisfying all storage needs with innovative and practical furniture.

The predominant use of white in both the furniture and the Catalan vaults, together with the natural light that enters through the terrace, creates a luminous environment that seems to enlarge the space.

The final result is a space that radiates tranquility and order, aligned with the owner's vision. The transformation has achieved a perfect harmony between functionality and minimalist design.
