This penthouse has become an ideal, multifunctional retreat for someone who studies and works from home. The terrace overlooking the city is one of the space's most striking features. The challenge was to blend that exterior beauty with the interior, while maximizing the use of space and ensuring a warm atmosphere, especially in winter.

To achieve harmony with the exterior, porcelain flooring was chosen for the interior, achieving an almost imperceptible transition with the reddish color of the terrace tiles. Regarding the optimal use of space, cabinets were designed to ensure that every object has its place, especially in the bedroom area. The living room now houses a black fireplace, whose contrast with the white and reddish tones of the house coexists in perfect harmony and ensures cozy winter nights.

The kitchen and cabinet furniture have been designed in Roto LACA, a color that enhances luminosity and is complemented by the ROUND handles that add warmth to the environment with their wooden touches. A Mushroom LINOLEUM countertop has also been chosen, which stands out for its soft touch, durability, and ease of cleaning.

The kitchen has an open and innovative layout with a versatile island that integrates the sink and an ideal dining space. At the same time, low cabinets invite culinary adventures on its wide and comfortable countertop. In the same space you can see the built-in sofa, in a uniform tone with the floor, and the bold blue pillar in the kitchen, introducing elements of contemporary and daring design.

In the bedroom, a line of wardrobes has been designed along the wall to maintain order and keep the area as clear as possible.

The result of this renovation is an inspiring space that combines functionality and comfort, designed to live fully, work efficiently and learn comfortably while appreciating the majestic views of the city.
