Kitchens - WOOD Oak

A house that is reborn from outer space

In Valencia, a 108 m2 home has been transformed, complemented by a spacious 45 m2 patio. The main challenge of this project was to reinvent the apartment to make the most of its relationship with the outdoors.

Located on the first floor of a traditional building, the apartment faced the need to integrate two underutilized courtyards into its design: a spacious courtyard and a more intimate interior patio. The goal was to make these outdoor spaces become a natural extension of the home.

To achieve this, the apartment was divided into two main areas: a day area, which flows into both courtyards, and a more private night area. The day area branches out around the small interior courtyard, creating a dual space consisting of a living room with a study and a kitchen-diner that opens onto the patios.

The night area comprises two bedrooms, one of them with an en suite bathroom and dressing room, providing privacy and comfort.

The kitchen, designed in oak wood, has various storage modules and an island with a natural stone countertop integrating the stove. This open kitchen, which flows into the living room, combines natural wood with ceramic tiles, creating a warm and aesthetically coherent atmosphere with the rest of the house.

This renovation has transformed the apartment into a place full of light and space, where the exteriors integrate perfectly with the interior.
