The transformation of this 42m2 apartment in Marseille posed an exciting challenge: designing a kitchen that not only optimized the limited space, but also felt spacious and inviting.
To solve this challenge and achieve that functional and aesthetic space, a linear kitchen open to the living room was designed. The selection of WOOD oak for the kitchen fronts creates a warm and familiar atmosphere. This warmth is enhanced by walls painted a soft pink, which blend seamlessly with the original character of the ceramic tile floor.
To maximize space, the kitchen was fitted with wall units that house the appliances and base units that incorporate the hob and sink. This design ensures that every utensil and ingredient has its place, without sacrificing free and comfortable movement around the room.
The jewel of the kitchen is a tiled central island that, in addition to providing additional workspace, invites shared moments during meals. The natural stone countertop elevates the space's sophistication.
This renovation has provided the homeowners with the perfect setting to prepare their favorite dishes and enjoy their daily routine in an environment they appreciate and enjoy to the fullest.
