Kitchens - LAMINATE Sable

A Mediterranean and Japanese studio in Paris

In a 50m2 studio in Paris, an interesting challenge arose: how to combine the warmth of the Mediterranean with the elegant, simple lines of Japanese aesthetics. The owners desired a functional kitchen that would blend seamlessly with the rest of the space and take advantage of the natural light. This great challenge was accepted by Michel Ward, interior designer and founder of Studio Trame, known for his profound aesthetic criteria and ability to work in varied visual environments, specializing in office design, space optimization, and the creation of unique environments.

To solve this renovation, a linear kitchen was designed in Sable LAMINATE with ROUND handles and a DEKTON countertop, reflecting a sophisticated, simple, yet durable finish. This design is complemented by the colorful tiles on the floor and the countertop front, creating a harmonious relationship between the Mediterranean and Japan.

This layout not only facilitates cooking tasks but also allows for different environments, as the kitchen opens to the living and dining rooms. The large windows fill the entire space with light, making it even more welcoming.

With base and wall cabinets, the space has been maximized without overloading the environment, meeting the owners' expectations of having an integrated and functional kitchen.

The result is a space that reflects a perfect fusion between two cultures and creates a home that evokes tranquility and authenticity.
