The renovation of this apartment aimed to maximize natural light, preserve original structural elements, and create ample functional and versatile furniture. The architectural and design solution unified the kitchen and living room, creating an open space where natural light flows into every corner. Respecting the original structure, a stone pillar and the Catalan vault, painted white, were retained, further enhancing the luminosity.

The furniture design is hybrid and meets a variety of needs. In the kitchen, finished in Sable LAMINATE, tall cabinets with a niche and a functional central cooking area have been integrated. This layout is complemented by a custom-made island with a metal structure specially designed for this project, which not only incorporates the sink but also provides a perfect breakfast nook that takes advantage of the natural light.
