Located in the historic Poblenou neighborhood of Barcelona, ​​a couple decided to transform a 120 m² warehouse into their home, seeking a modern and functional design, and a generous space for events and meetings.

The remodeling of this warehouse focused on taking advantage of natural light and creating open spaces. Divided over two floors, the ground floor houses the common areas without partitions, allowing natural light to diffuse throughout the space. Built-in furniture is ingeniously used to define the different areas.

The kitchen stands out for its open design and functionality, with metallic LAMINATE finishes and PLANTEA handles, and an island that becomes the epicenter of meetings. The countertop, made of DEKTON Uyuni, is highly durable and provides a refined aesthetic with its composition of natural quartz stone, porcelain, and glass.

In the bedroom, the white LAMINATE wardrobes with ROUND handles, in addition to their functionality and storage capacity, integrate perfectly with the modern and bright style of the loft.

The metallic finishes and light tones enhance the luminosity of the space, creating a modern and simple atmosphere. This design, with its elegance and neutrality, is proof that functionality and style can coexist in perfect harmony.

This project demonstrates that it is possible to convert a former warehouse into a sophisticated and contemporary home, ideal for a couple who enjoy socializing and drinking good wine.
