This 83 m² apartment was designed for a young couple who wanted their first home to reflect their passion for cooking and their interest in design. The renovation aimed to maximize the feeling of spaciousness, avoiding excessive partitioning and achieving a balance between functionality and personality.

  • The social area is organized around a large, multifunctional island that serves as a work surface, a table for everyday use, and a place for daily gatherings. Clad in ceramic tiles, this piece adds character and personality to the design, blending harmoniously into the overall space.

The combination of materials was key to creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. In the kitchen, the metal laminate finish stands out for its subtle sheen, contrasting with the neutral tones of the rest of the home. This detail adds depth to the design and reinforces the space's unique identity.

The overall layout prioritizes fluidity and functionality. The social area integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen into a single, spacious, and bright environment, while the private area includes a master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, designed with a white lacquer finish, achieving a bright and uncluttered aesthetic that blends seamlessly. It also features a full bathroom that combines a bathtub and shower, designed for everyday comfort.

The result is a home designed with care and attention to detail, combining design and functionality to perfectly adapt to the needs of its inhabitants, transforming every corner into a unique and personal space.
