Kitchens - LAMINATE Blanco, Cadaqués
Versatile design for modern living
For someone who works from home, their home is not only a place of rest, but also their office. In a ground floor apartment flooded with natural light and with a patio converted into an interior garden, the challenge was to design an optimal space to merge daily and work life.
The owner longed for a versatile, easy-to-maintain kitchen that could blend with the rest of the home and take advantage of the view of the interior garden.
A linear kitchen was designed with a central island, whose circular countertop encompasses both the cooking area and the sink, also providing a comfortable workspace. In parallel, a module of wall cabinets was integrated to keep the space tidy. The porcelain countertop, in addition to its beauty, stands out for its resistance to daily use and for being easy to clean.
An important element was also included: a blue curtain, which can be easily moved, separating the kitchen from the dining room and living room. When opened, it unifies the rooms, offering a spacious, bright space with views of the garden.
With a predominance of white and touches of blue in the Blanco and Cadaqués LAMINATE finish, a feeling of calm and harmony was achieved.
With this renovation, the owner now enjoys an environment that promotes tranquility and concentration with a choice of colors that evoke serenity.
