When warmth meets elegance

This charming 97m2 home in Paris overlooking the Montmartre district has been completely reconfigured to define the space and transform it into a perfect symbiosis of functionality and aesthetics. The main areas of the house, consisting of the kitchen and living room, were completely restructured to align them with the home's lifestyle.

The challenge was to transform an originally segmented space into an open, fluid, and welcoming environment. To achieve this, the circulations were completely renovated and the living room, kitchen, and entrance were cleared to allow the dining room to be reintegrated into the kitchen space. The result was the creation of a very large living room connected through arches, allowing light to flow freely and visually connecting with the dining and kitchen areas.

The kitchen, now open to the dining room and living room, was designed in an L-shape with several low units to gain functionality. The selection of materials in this room reflects a deep consideration for the aesthetics and lasting functionality conveyed through wood, and it blends perfectly with the aesthetics of the home. The choice of WOOD Cerezo, a finish that brings warmth and elegance to the space, along with the natural stone surface on the countertop, creates an environment that is both sophisticated and welcoming.

Classic details were highlighted on the walls and columns, creating a unique and elegant atmosphere. This subtle design strategy conveys a sense of harmony and enhances the beauty of the space. This project has managed to maximize the flow of natural light and promote a sense of unity and spaciousness, making the apartment a more open and welcoming space.
